COMMUNITY OUTREACH - SCARBOROUGH PHILHARMONIC ORCHESTRA

Being involved in extra-curricular musical projects of various types, including music and sound design for animated films by other faculty and concert music through outreach programs such as that of the Scarborough Philharmonic Orchestra, helps me to maintain an ongoing and developing relationship with creativity and with the rapidly changing tools of media production.  

In my outreach work with the orchestra, I have been Composer-In-Residence, have collaborated in the production of two CD titles, distributed, worldwide by Universal Music, and I currently sit on the Board of Directors. 

Sheridan Animated Films with music by the Scarborough Philharmonic Orchestra. 

All films were selected from Sheridan BAAA 4th Year Senior Film Project, with permission from the film-makers. Music was written and performed by members of the Scarborough Philharmonic.
